We have this fantastic Client, she was literally our 4th Customer EVER and is always coming to us when she has a special event to go to! Her collection of Blair Nadeau pieces started way back when we were only making Feathered Hair Bands under the “Feathered By Blair Nadeau” Label.  Since her initial purchase of 2 headbands, then another few headbands, she branched out to cocktail hats and full out fascinators!
